Lovely stuff (and lovely window displays). Good range and good colours - not all black and grey. Their staff seem to know their stuff and there is a frequent turnover of stock, so always something new to see.

Sophisticated clothes for the older woman
Darcey does some nice pieces for the more mature woman, much nicer than buying the tat they sell for older audiences on the 'high street'. It's arranged in order of colour so if you know what suits you then this is a wonderful way to shop as you just make a beeline for the right rails! They do a lot of casual tailoring in nice, good quality fabrics (a lot of linen mix items). Not as pricey as lots of the places around here that do the same sort of things, or at least cater for the same kind of market.
