A great place where you can row a boat after a drink! (Probably best before...)
I love the Anchor Inn in Barcombe. In the summer, this place is idyllic. Enjoy a beer in the beautiful garden in the middle of nowhere, or even a glass of Pimms...then hire a boat and row up and down the river that runs adjacent to the pub! Now, how many pubs can you do that at?! Also a great place to stop at when going for a country walk. The pub is a wedding venue too - would be a great place to tie the knot or celebrate after. In the Winter, the pub inside is really snug and cosy.
