i) Now that the election is over what are your plans?

I want to stay involved

in local community politics, particularly in Newhaven where I live.

There are still many challenges facing

the town, and I want to make a positive contribution to making Newhaven a

better and brighter place to live and work.

ii) Do you plan to stay in the area?

Yes.  No way I’m leaving the South Downs

during the summer!

iii) Do you plan to stand again for the constituency seat?

Much too early to say,

time will tell.

iv) Have your campaign priorities changed?

No – I’m

delighted to say that the local party supported both before and after

the

election our community based priorities, from a cycle lane network in

Lewes, to

saving the seniors centre in Seaford, to getting the West Beach in

Newhaven

re-opened, we are keeping a focus on the matters that impact on the day

to day

lives of local people.

v) Now that the May election is over do have/have you planned a holiday!

If

so, where?

Heading to Germany for a

weekend, and some more trips to visit friends around the UK, but

unfortunately,

having had to take a month off work unpaid to fight the election, that

pretty

much counted as my holiday for this year!

That said, no complaints when there is so much to enjoy in East

Sussex.
