What is the Town's reaction to the news that Hoogstratens' family (through his company) have bought Shelleys Hotel. The idea being that he wants to attract Sussex Society to the Hotel, the kind of people who go to Glyndebourne and he looks to increase the number of rooms.

The family already own more than 250 buildings with between 1,200 and 1,300 tenants in Brighton and Hove.
