Poetry and all!
I love it here - last went a while ago. The owner was very friendly and he shared with me some of his poetry after I noticed one of his poem's in the window. He's been published I believe. Lovely to see an independent cafe at Lewes Station. Rumour had it this will change hands to a chain cafe - I hope not.

Commuter cafe
The quality of the tea and coffee can vary here, and the hours are slightly erratic for some of us commuters. But is certainly has its own individual feel and the sandwiches are meant to be pretty good.
